Local Chapter Presidents
CleanTV local chapter presidents will plan, organize, direct, and control all local CleanTV activity within a specific broadcast market area. The president will interface/coordinate with and assist other local market volunteers listed below.

Network Monitors
A network monitor will monitor one day's worth of network programming (soap operas and primetime), write a summary of the offensive content ("Raunch Report" and submit the report to the website for publication. We need a total of 28 network monitors (4 networks x 7 days per week). The network monitor can delegate programs to others. We recommend that the network monitors record the programs with a VCR or TIVO. This will help free the monitors from watching the entire day and allow the monitors to pause/fast forward/rewind for easier transcription. Network monitors should have good writing and spelling skills.

Local Advertiser Monitors
A local advertiser monitor is assigned to one local network affiliate television station and lists all of the local advertisers who advertise on that station and submits the lists on a weekly basis to the CleanTV website for publication. We need four monitors in every local broadcast area. The monitor can delegate responsibilities to others. We recommend that the monitors record the programs with a VCR or TIVO and then fast forward through the programming to identify the local advertisers. The monitor will also contact the advertiser to get the name of the business owner and his/her email address.

Local CleanTV Member Recruiters
A local CleanTV member recruiter will network with local organizations with similar goals as CleanTV, meet with these organization's leadership and/or members to explain the CleanTV mission, goals, and how CleanTV works.

Local CleanTV Activists
Local activists are responsible for communicating with local network affiliate television stations and their advertisers in a effort to persuade them to stop airing and sponsoring offensive programs. The activists will be responsible for organizing local boycotts and demonstrations against the stations and sponsors who refuse to stop broadcasting offensive programs.

Local Fundraisers
Local CleanTV fundraisers will contact local individuals and organizations to make tax deductible contributions to CleanTV. Local fundraisers can also organize fundraising activities such as auctions, bake sales, etc. Funds will be used to purchase local newspaper ads to announce promote local CleanTV member recruitment and announce local advertiser boycotts and demonstrations

Local PR Specialists
Local PR specialists contact and maintain relationships with local newspaper and radio media outlet to keep them informed of breaking news as it pertains to television broadcast standards and local CleanTV boycotts and demonstrations.
